Ylhäällä kuvassa juostu matka on kolme päivää sitten. Aikaisemmin 15km on mahtunut 1 tuntiin ja 20 minuuttiin vauhdilla 11,6km/h. Tuo kolme päivää sitten juostu matka ei oo pisin mitä on tullut tehtyä, mutta aikaan ja nopeuteen nähden oikeasti elämäni paras tulos. Pikku matkoilla ja intervalleilla siis jatketaan ens perjantaita odotellessa! Nämä treenikuvat parhaimpia mitkä tsemppaavat itseäni eteenpäin. :)

The best ever. I won't descripe these with any other words. The color, fit, look, softness, lightness... this everything is founded of one pair of shoes and that is what I'm respecting. Three weeks ago these lovables dropped off to mail and now I've accumulated a few dozens of kilometres with them. On the next Friday I'm going to run the half marathon with Saucony and I'm so excited and I feel so great! The improvement that has happened within one year or in fact within ONE MONTH is totally mindless. Have to be thankful to your own body each and every day. Have to remember to respect those achievements that is happening daily and also respect that if the body doesn't have enough strength anymore. If and when there comes the time when any other exercise doesn't feel great, the running is the only thing that always fits me the best. And Saucony is the excellent brand to choose for running, I warmly recommend. Personally I wouldn't use any other shoe brand for the running shoes.
On the top is a picture where you can see the distance of my jogging about three days ago. Before 15km has fitted to 1 hour and 20 minutes with a speed 11,6km/h. That running three days ago it's not the longest round I've done but when I'm thinking about the time and speed it's really almost the best record in my life. So now I'm just continuing with short running rounds and intervals while waiting the next Friday! These training pictures are motivating me to go forward. :)
